Shircle by the Sea - New Moon Healing Circle

Join the SHA SHAs, aka Sarah and Sabrina (insta: @sha_sha_life), by the sea in Brighton & Hove, for a special event New Moon / Eclipse season healing group circle, aka the "Shircle"....

What is the Shircle?!
A potent and magical group session in which we combine our joint expertise in a combination of Shamanic drumming, yoga flow movements, sharing in presence, energy clearing and Shaktivations (movement to music).

THIS SPECIAL EVENT:
Location for this special event Shircle will be outside BY THE SEA!
On this occasion, we will benefit from the beautiful super low tidy sandy beach.

We will meet at Hove Lawns, open the Shircle with an initial Shannelling (aka channelling by us, the SHA SHAs, lol), followed by a mindful walk to the sandy part of the beach at low tide.

Barefoot on the sand, we will lead you through a series of dance Shaktivations and yoga flow movements to warm us up and get us into our bodies and fully connected to our beautiful Mother Earth at sunset.
We will blow our intentions of what we are letting go of at this time, and what we are calling in, into a pebble, and offer this to the sea to assist us in our magical alchemy process.

We will then sit in circle (on the beach or lawns, we will flow with what feels best on the day) with some warming and heart-opening raw cacao, and complete our process with sharing in presence, followed by powerful Source energy clearing to fully collapse the old reality we are letting go of, and download the New!

PREPARATION:

Wear comfortable/warm clothing, bring layers, blanket, and a drink of water, and if you wish, bring something to sit or lie down on (eg yoga mat/blanket/cushion).
