Shamanic Fire Ceremony Outdoors, for Samhain (Halloween)

ABOUT THE EVENT:

We are approaching a powerful time of the year, Samhain, when the veils are the thinnest between this world and the spirit world, which allows us to connect deeply within, with our shadows, and with our ancestors, for profound alchemy and transformation.

We will gather together in the forest at Stanmer Park, on the outskirts of Brighton, for a powerful fire ceremony in the Inca Shamanic tradition, followed by drumming and spontaneous music/song/dance, and optional food to share for those who wish to hang around after the ceremony.

ABOUT ME:

I am both a Counselling Psychologist and Shamanic healer, and have trained in various energy healing approaches, and integrate all these different worlds into my work and life. I am so excited to finally be offering in person events again, and reconnecting with the magic of Fire Medicine, and share it with others, in the healing presence of the Trees in the forest.

We are in the season of Autumn, and Fire with assist us in letting go of the Old Stories, of what no longer serves us, for us and the Collective, and its alchemical process will allow us to make space for what we are calling in, the New, individually and collectively - the New Earth we are co-creating.

As Shamans, we are here to dream a new world into being.
I invite you to join us in circle, around the fire, with your presence, to help facilitate this, drawing from the joy of community and nature.

MORE DETAILS:

We will meet at a pre-arranged meeting point, and walk together to an opening in the forest with a fire pit. Here we will intentionally open Sacred Space and build the fire together, and as we chant, drum and shake our rattles, we will one by one give our offerings to the fire of what we are letting go of, and what we are calling in during these potent times. We will hold space for each other, in ceremony.

Fire will take it and transform it all, and we will come out of the ceremony feeling inspired, empowered, cleansed and enlivened. We can then celebrate and connect with each other with some sharing of music/song/food (feel free to bring an instrument if you wish to and/or food to share).
