If you are curious what exactly is the invisible part of your body, what elements it is made from, how you can feel it and how to use it for your well-being, we want to share some experience and of course, together get the new one! We already have an experience in reading our previous lives and can help you to go into your past reincarnations as well. All is possible today! • Approche holistique de l’équilibre énergétique, incluant les aspects physiques, émotionnels, mentaux et spirituels.
• Techniques d’ancrage et de centrage, incluant respiration consciente, présence attentive et méditation.

Introduction to Polarity Therapy, a holistic energy medicine approach, within the framework of a professional study program in Polarity Therapy and its therapeutic application.
A program combining energy theory and extensive hands-on practice.

• Energetic anatomy of the human being: the energy field (aura), subtle bodies, energy centers (chakras), and the circulation of vital energy.
• Learning therapeutic touch used in Polarity Therapy: specific hand contacts used to support balance and the flow of energy within the body.
• Bodywork techniques and energy work inspired by the principles of polarity.
• Principles of self-regulation and the body’s natural self-healing processes, in relation to the physical, emotional, and mental dimensions.
• A holistic approach to energetic balance, including physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects.
• Grounding and centering techniques, including conscious breathing, mindful awareness, and meditation.
