Join us for this immersive meditation session designed to align with the changing seasons. The session will introduce a collection of breathing techniques and guided meditations, helping you find balance, clarity, and a deeper connection to yourself.
##### Compassion
An evening on mindful meditation and activities for self-compassion and compassion for others. Studies have shown that compassion is linked to reduced anxiety and stress, greater motivation and increased emotional well-being.
We’ll combine the breath activities with images and intentions.
What to bring: You can bring pillows or yoga mats if you would like to use them, but is not mandatory.
Fee: I don't organise this event directly, it's organised by the West End Centre at a lower fee of £10 and £9 concessions. You would have to purchase your ticket to the event through them.
