We begin by setting intention to release energy that is no longer serving us in our Central Nervous System. We often get stuck in the go go go unaware what that is doing to our body mind and spirit. As a Health Holistic Practitioner.
I work with people who struggle with the tension in their body. often that tightness and tension is a direct manifestation of their mind always being in overdrive. This creates tightness, knots, pain, discomfort, and overall "suffering"
Meditation will encompass breathing techniques designed to help with CNS and place you in a deep relaxation state.
I will be guiding you on a journey back into your breath perfect recipe for a calm Central Nervous System "CNS"
I will incorporate guided breathwork to enhance relaxation and promote a deeper connection with the body.
Breathwork can be a powerful tool to help release tension, manage pain, and achieve a more mindful state.
I will show you different mindfulness methods to incorporate in your daily life to maintain a low level of cortisol.
Deep breathing can help relax muscles and calm the nervous system.
By calming the nervous system and promoting oxygen flow, breathwork can help alleviate both physical and emotional tension.
We will then move into the sound portion of the healing with crystal bowls and various soothing instruments.
The benefits for Sound healing include improved sleep, stress relief, it helps your body to experience deep healing improving physical and emotional health and an overall sense of well being.
