We Begin by setting Intention for healing the throat energy center 💙🎵 The focus will be on your voice.
The benefits for Sound Healing include improved sleep, stress relief, and deep healing for your body, improving physical and emotional health and an overall sense of well-being.
The focus will be the Throat Energy Center. Focus on your voice.
How can you find your voice? What is higher expression? Confidence and speaking your truth? What is your truth?
We will talk a bit about that, and how to best navigate what that means.
Sound Travels 5 times more in the water!!! You will definitely feel the vibration of the water in all of your senses, especially in your physical body. The water in your body will receive information from the water outside healing you on a DNA level.
