Level 1 105 Reiki Level I and Attunement

Reiki Level I is a one-day certification class introducing the Usui Reiki healing system in which you receive an attunement which awakens a healing ability in the student by raising their physical vibration.

The Reiki One student immediately becomes a healer and is able to begin work on healing themselves and others.

Typically, it takes 3-4 weeks to adjust to the Reiki One attunement. During this time, more Ki energy is entering your aura and physical body to continue a healing of your aura and chakras.

The class will touch on all the basics of energy work and provide hands-on practice for self-healing and healing on others as you channel the Reiki Universal Life Force Energy.

Eat a healthy breakfast before class, drink plenty of water and bring a snack/lunch.
