We're hosting the next Engineering Leadership Summit Munich on 6 October at 18:00 at the Netlight Munich office.

This year’s theme is “Agentic Teams, Human Organisations: Engineering Leadership in the Age of AI.” We’ll look beyond the hype through two practical talks:

• What a five-person team learned from moving to a fully agentic development setup—including better workflows and code quality, stubborn debugging challenges, and why “10× productivity” is not yet reality.
• Why AI does not fix weak organisations—it exposes unclear leadership, broken processes, and cultures that struggle to change.

The evening brings together a hand-selected group of engineering and technology leaders, from Tech Lead to CTO, for honest exchange, new connections, food, and drinks.
