What to do to keep yourself and others safe from COVID-19

Stay safe by taking some simple precautions, such as physical distancing, wearing a mask, staying in a well ventilated area, avoiding crowds and cleaning your hands.

In addition follow the following:
1- Maintain at least a 1-metre distance between yourself and others.
2- Wear a Mask.
3- Sanitize your hands regularly.

حافظ على سلامتك من خلال اتخاذ بعض الاحتياطات البسيطة ، مثل التباعد الجسدي ، وارتداء قناع ، والبقاء في منطقة جيدة التهوية ، وتجنب الازدحام وتنظيف يديك.

بالإضافة إلى ذلك اتبع ما يلي:
1- حافظ على مسافة متر واحد على الأقل بينك وبين الآخرين.
2- اجعل ارتداء القناع جزءًا طبيعيًا من التواجد حول الآخرين
3- عقم يديك بانتظام.
