In this session, we're tackling two of the most requested English language learning topics: speaking with confidence and making real connections in English.
Because here's the thing: social situations are where confidence gets tested. The racing heart, the blank mind, the moment you want to say something and what comes out is "uh... yes." We've all been there.
This session is your safe space to practice those exact moments — in English, in a room full of people who get it.
What we'll cover:

  • What actually kills confidence in English — and what builds it fast
  • How to show genuine interest, give compliments, and keep a conversation going naturally
  • What to say when your mind goes blank
  • How to say no, change the subject, or exit gracefully

What to expect:

  • 3 short mini-lessons with immediate practice after each one
  • Conversation rounds with new partners each time
  • Real scenarios: meeting someone at a social event, making a memorable impression, handling awkward moments
  • Free social time to close — drinks in hand, practicing everything you just learned

No preparation needed. All levels welcome. Come as you are.
This is a welcoming, judgment-free space for LGBTQIA+ English learners in CDMX. All pronouns, all identities, all kinds of love. We're glad you're here!

🗣️ Free event | Drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) available at the venue

This is a free community event. If you find value in the space and would like to support future gatherings, voluntary contributions (tips) are welcome but never required.
