English Dance S.A. Saturday Afternoon!

We will meet Saturday April 5, 2025, 3 pm - 5:30 pm at the Memorial Branch Library, 3222 Culebra Road.
We have a performance April 6, 1:30 pm at the Highland Games in Helotes! It's a combination performance by English Dance S.A., the San Antonio Contra Dancers and the San Antonio International Folk Dancers! The performance will be 20-30 minutes long and will feature fun, easy dances. BEST NEWS?-- If you agree to perform you will receive one of the 12 weekend passes we've been awarded! The Highland Games will be April 5 and 6--you can use the pass to come at any time (as long as you also arrive Sunday around 12:45 to be ready for the 1:30 performance!) I can get the weekend pass to you sometime this coming week.
We will practice the dances for Sunday (April 6) at our class on Saturday (April 5).
On a sadder note--our longtime benefactor, Tom Kane, passed away recently. He was generously donating this Meetup group for us. When the subscription for this Meetup group runs out, we will have to rely on MailChimp announcements.
