The Final Session in April
Effort vs. Flow
Keywords: Habits, Passion, Flow State, Growth
Hi, everyone,
We have arrived at the final session of this special series. To wrap up this season, we want to talk about how we spend our time and energy.
We are looking at two sides of the same coin: Making an effort to change our lives, and finding the "Flow" where effort feels like play.
- The Videos of the Month:
- 1. 📽 Try something new for 30 days - Matt Cutts (Building habits through small challenges.)
- 2. 📽 How to enter flow state (What makes us get so "lost" in an activity that we forget everything else?)
Discussion Questions:
-
Q1: Making an Effort – Is there something new you would like to try for 30 days? Have you ever successfully "pushed" yourself to start a new habit?
-
Q2: Finding your "Flow" – When was the last time you were so focused on something that you lost track of time? What activity makes you feel "in the flow"?
-
Q3: Effort vs. Flow – Do you think it is more important to discipline yourself to do things, or to find things you are naturally passionate about?
Event Details:
- Date: April 19, Sunday
- Time: 20:00 (JST)
Let’s celebrate our 3-year journey together with one last fun conversation. Hope to see you there!
