Angoulême Fiction Writers – Small Group Discussion

I’m looking for a few people in the Angoulême area who are interested writing fiction (novel, novella or stories) and want to chat in person about ideas, structure, characters and motivation.

This is not a critique group where we rip pages apart. Think of it more as:
– talking through plots and characters
– swapping experiences about getting words down
– a bit of accountability and motivation

No one has to share pages at the first meetup – you can just talk about what you’re working on in general terms.

I write dark, character-driven fiction in English, but French/English writers are both welcome. The only requirements:
– you’re actually working on something (or about to start)
– you’re fine with honest, adult conversation
