This group welcomes anyone who speaks English as a native or second language to events that take place in Zurich or the Canton of Zurich. Anyone in the group can become an organizer and post their own events. The only condition is creating a positive, friendly atmosphere that welcomes everyone who attends.

Vibratuning Sound Bath
YogaNation, Seefeldstr. 7a, Zürich, CHEnjoy this rejuvenating Vibratuning sound experience near Zurich Stadelhofen. While you relax on a mat, sound therapist Christine Grimm will enchant you with a gentle but profound sound landscape. You will experience a very deep state of relaxation with singing bowls and Biosonics tuning forks. If you like, your chakras (energy centers) can be activated with the body tuners and singing bowls. The focus of the sound bath is releasing blocked energy with percussion instruments. These wonderful vibrations transform blocks and harmonize your frequencies. You feel better grounded, more balanced, and attuned. Your powers of self-healing are activated and you sense an inner peace.
Please register in advance for CHF 35 with YogaNation (Seefeldstr. 7A, 8008 Zurich) or pay at the door, if there's space (max. of 10). Mats and blankets are provided. Sound Baths are on every other Monday.
