About us

This group is for non-native professionals in London who already work in English but know that how they sound is holding them back in high-stakes situations.

You can do your job in English.

You can get through meetings, presentations and client calls.

But when it really matters - presenting to senior leadership, negotiating with important clients, interviewing for a promotion, speaking to investors - your English does not sound as clear, confident or natural as you want.

In your own language you feel sharp, credible and relaxed.
In English you sometimes feel flatter, more tense and less convincing.

You might notice that:

  • You have to repeat yourself in important conversations.
  • People interrupt you or seem to lose focus when you speak.
  • You slow down or overthink your words when the stakes are high.
  • You feel that your accent, pronunciation or rhythm makes you sound less senior than your actual skills.

If this sounds familiar, you are in the right place.
I am Michael and I created the British Accent Method to help non-native professionals and pilots speak clear, confident English in high-pressure moments.

This is not a general English or conversation group.

This group is for people who already speak English, but want their voice to match their expertise.

We focus on:

  • Pronunciation that makes your speech clearer and easier to follow.
  • English rhythm and weak forms that make you sound more natural and in control.
  • Real phrases from your professional life - introductions, presentations, negotiations, interviews.

Members of this group are typically in fields like finance, consulting, tech, law, medicine, engineering, academia, entrepreneurship and similar areas where communication in English affects career progression.

If you want to feel that your English supports you instead of holding you back when it matters most, join us.
