Hey there! I moved to Paris six months ago and, like many expats, found running to be the best way to stay grounded and meet people.
I’ve joined a few run clubs here (all filled with lovely people), but I was looking for something a bit more specific:
A group of English-speaking runners (local or international), all at a similar running level, who want to train and push themselves to get new PBs.
This club is for those who enjoy running socially but also want to improve.
Maybe you’re chasing a sub-20 5K, pushing for a faster half, or just want to show up to tempo sessions with others who push you to be better.
We’ll focus on structured sessions like intervals, long runs, and threshold efforts but keep the vibe friendly, ego-free, and collaborative.
We’re not elites, just committed runners who love the process, the pain, and the post-run coffee/beer/food.
Who it’s for:
• English speakers in Paris (local or international)
• Intermediate+ runners (e.g. sub-25 5K, sub-50 10KM or better)
• People who want to train with intention, improve PBs, and still have fun
