Hi! I’m an Irish mindfulness and positive psychology practitioner, living in Barcelona for nearly 4 years.
My passion for this work began with my own experiences navigating anxiety, stress, and low mood. I’m open, down-to-earth, and committed to creating a safe, supportive space where we can all keep looking after our mental and emotional wellbeing together.
1. I run 8-week group programmes combining mindfulness and positive psychology to help you manage overthinking, reduce stress and anxiety, and feel more present in your life.
2. I also host weekly wind-down sessions designed to reset your nervous system and prepare you for the week ahead—think gentle yoga, journaling, breathwork, and nervous system regulation practices & meeting new people all blended into one.
If you are a beginner in yoga/mindfulness absolutely perfect , these sessions are designed to calm you not overwhelm!
