We will host a special cherry blossom night picnic event where you can fully enjoy spring in the heart of Tokyo!

This is a “super popular” hanami event set in Ueno Park, a must-visit cherry blossom spot in Tokyo during spring.

The main street, lined with around 1,000 cherry trees in full bloom, creates a truly breathtaking “sakura tunnel” 🌸

During the day, enjoy the blue sky and full-bloom cherry blossoms, and at night, magical illuminations—offering different stunning views depending on the time ✨

First, we start at a café ☕
While enjoying English conversation and international meetup, you can naturally get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere!

After that, we will move to Ueno Park and experience spring in Tokyo as a whole while visiting Ueno Toshogu Shrine and Shinobazu Pond.

Then, it’s picnic time on the grass while enjoying the night cherry blossoms 🌙

In the pleasant spring air, you can enjoy food and drinks while interacting with Japanese people and participants from all over the world.

By spending time together with participants gathered from around the world, this becomes not just a hanami, but an “international × experiential event”! 🌍

It’s also perfect for making new friends and creating travel memories ✨

There are plenty of photo-worthy spots, so don’t forget to bring your camera 📸

You can participate in various international meetups held at the café.

A popular spot representing Tokyo, where nature and culture are in harmony.
The “sakura tunnel” with about 1,000 cherry trees is truly spectacular! At night, it is wrapped in a magical atmosphere with illumination 🌸✨

📍 Shinobazu Pond
A calm and relaxing space that you wouldn’t expect in the middle of the city.
The contrast between cherry blossoms and the water is beautiful, and you can relax while strolling 🌿

📍 Hanami Picnic (9:00–10:00 PM)
We will lay out sheets and hold a picnic-style meetup
Free language & free seating, so please feel free to interact with other participants
Please bring your own snacks and drinks
We will also stop by a convenience store so that you can purchase items there

From here, it is free time. You may continue enjoying the cherry blossoms
The nearest station is JR Ueno Station

🌙 Attention
- This event is not a guided tour.
- Last order for drinks is 30 minutes before departure.
- If you do not order a drink, an 800 JPY participation fee will be charged.
- Joining the event after departure is not possible.
- Registration is not available after arriving at the café on the day of the event.
- This meetup will conclude at the destination.
- If there are fewer than three participants on the day or in case of severe weather, the event will be canceled. However, you are still welcome to visit the café and enjoy our various meetups.
- If you wish to leave the group early, please inform the organizer.

まずはカフェでスタート☕

その後は上野公園へ移動し、上野東照宮 や 不忍池 を巡りながら、東京の春を丸ごと体験します。

そして、芝生の上で夜桜を楽しむピクニックタイム🌙
春の心地よい空気の中、食べ物やドリンクを楽しみながら、日本人や世界中の参加者と交流できます。

- 言語自由・席替え自由のフリータイムなので、参加者同士で気軽に交流をお楽しみください。
- お菓子やドリンクはご持参ください。
- 途中でコンビニにも立ち寄りますので、その場で購入することも可能です。

- ここから自由行動です。そのまま花並みを続けても良いです。
- 最寄り駅はJR上野駅です。

- 本イベントはガイドツアーではありません。
- ドリンクのラストオーダーは、出発の30分前となります。
- ドリンクのご注文がない場合は、参加費として800円を頂戴いたします。
- 出発後の途中参加はできません。
- 当日、カフェ到着後のお申し込みはできません。
- 目的地にて現地解散となります。
- 当日の参加者が3名未満の場合や荒天時は中止となりますが、その際はカフェにて各種交流会をお楽しみいただけますので、ぜひカフェまでお越しください。
- 途中退席の際は、オーガナイザーへお知らせください
