Enjoy spring in the heart of Tokyo at this relaxing picnic 🌿

The location is Kitanomaru Park, a surprisingly peaceful green space in the middle of the city.

Let’s enjoy a laid-back picnic while experiencing the beauty of spring in Tokyo.

We’ll start by meeting at a café, where you can relax, enjoy English conversation, and connect with people from around the world.

There will be time to naturally get to know each other, so even first-time participants and solo attendees can feel comfortable joining.

After that, we’ll head together to Kitanomaru Park for picnic time on the grass!
Enjoy food and drinks while socializing with both locals and international participants in the fresh spring air.

This is a casual event where you can enjoy international exchange, meet new people, and create great spring memories—all at once.

🌙 Route

📍 ENGLISH ONLY CAFE (12:10–1:20 PM)
You are welcome to join any of the international meetups currently running at the café.

📍 Departure (1:20 PM)

📍 Kitanomaru Park (1:50 PM)
- Picnic-style gathering on the lawn
- Free-time with open seating; language is up to you—chat and mingle freely
- Please bring snacks and drinks to share
- We’ll make a stop at a convenience store, so you can also buy food or drinks along the way
↓
📍 End (3:00 PM)
- After the meetup, you can continue the picnic as you are.
- Nearest station: Kudanshita Station (Tokyo Metro)

🌙 Notes
- This event is not a guided tour.
- Last order for drinks is 30 minutes before departure.
- If you do not order a drink, an additional 500 JPY will be charged on top of the participation fee.
- Joining the event after departure is not possible.
- Registration is not available after arriving at the café on the day of the event.
- This meetup will conclude at the destination.
- If there are fewer than three participants on the day or in case of severe weather, the event will be canceled. However, you are still welcome to visit the café and enjoy our various meetups.
- If you wish to leave the group early, please inform the organizer.

* A one-time “Member Passport” issuance fee of 100 JPY applies

- This meetup group is for members only. To be a member, you have to read and understand the "Rule Book" and agree to its contents.

東京の中心で春を満喫できる、ピクニックイベントを開催します！🌸

会場は、都心とは思えないほど自然豊かな北の丸公園。

のんびりピクニックを楽しみながら、春の東京を満喫しましょう。

まずはカフェに集合し、英会話や国際交流を楽しみながら、リラックスした雰囲気で交流します。
参加者同士で自然に打ち解けられる時間なので、初参加の方やお一人での参加でも安心です。

その後、みんなで北の丸公園へ移動し、芝生の上でピクニックタイム！
春の心地よい空気の中で、食べ物やドリンクを楽しみながら、日本人や世界中の参加者と交流できます。

このイベントは、桜を楽しみながら
「国際交流・新しい出会い・春の思い出」を一度に体験できる、カジュアルなイベントです。

- シートを敷いて、ピクニック形式の交流会を行います。
- 言語自由・席替え自由のフリータイムなので、参加者同士で気軽に交流をお楽しみください。
- お菓子やドリンクはご持参ください。
- 途中でコンビニにも立ち寄りますので、その場で購入することも可能です。

📍 終了 (3:00 PM)
- 終了後は、そのままピクニックを続けることもできます。
- 最寄り駅は東京メトロ九段下駅です。

🌙 ご注意
- 本イベントはガイドツアーではありません。
- ドリンクのラストオーダーは、出発の30分前となります。
- ドリンクのご注文がない場合は、参加費に加えて500円を頂戴いたします。
- 出発後の途中参加はできません。
- 当日、カフェ到着後のお申し込みはできません。
- 目的地にて現地解散となります。
- 当日の参加者が3名未満の場合や荒天時は中止となりますが、その際はカフェにて各種交流会をお楽しみいただけますので、ぜひカフェまでお越しください。
- 途中退席の際は、オーガナイザーへお知らせください
