Around Shinobazu Pond, you can relax and take in the gentle spring air and beautiful views.

It’s a unique “International Exchange × Experience” event.
Enjoy English conversation and connect naturally with people from Japan and around the world in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Even if it’s your first time or you’re joining alone, you’ll feel comfortable right away 😊

🌙 Route

📍 ENGLISH ONLY CAFE (5:00–6:00 PM)
Relax in a cozy café atmosphere while enjoying English conversation and international exchange. Before departure, participants will have a chance to introduce themselves, so even first-time attendees can quickly feel comfortable!

📍 Departure (6:00 PM)
Travel by Tokyo Metro from Shin-Ochanomizu Station to Yushima Station (180 JPY).
↓
📍 Ueno Park (6:30 PM)

📍 Shinobazu Pond
A calm and relaxing space that you wouldn’t expect in the middle of the city.
The contrast between cherry blossoms and the water is beautiful, and you can relax while strolling 🌿

📍 Hanami Picnic (6:45–8:00 PM)
We will lay out sheets and hold a picnic-style meetup
Free language & free seating, so please feel free to interact with other participants
Please bring your own snacks and drinks
We will also stop by a convenience store so that you can purchase items there

📍 End (8:00 PM)
From here, it is free time. You may continue enjoying the cherry blossoms
The nearest station is JR Ueno Station

🌙 Important Notes
- This event is not a guided tour.
- Last order for drinks is 30 minutes before departure.
- If you do not order a drink, an additional 500 JPY will be charged on top of the participation fee.
- Joining the event after departure is not possible.
- Registration is not available after arriving at the café on the day of the event.
- This meetup will conclude at the destination.
- If there are fewer than three participants on the day or in case of severe weather, the event will be canceled. However, you are still welcome to visit the café and enjoy our various meetups.
- If you wish to leave the group early, please inform the organizer.

こちらは、ただのイベントではなく、「国際交流 × 体験型イベント」。

ゆったり散策しながらリラックスできます🌿

📍 ピクニック (6:45-8:00 PM)
- シートを敷いて、ピクニック形式の交流会を行います。
- 言語自由・席替え自由のフリータイムなので、参加者同士で気軽に交流をお楽しみください。
- お菓子やドリンクはご持参ください。
- 途中でコンビニにも立ち寄りますので、その場で購入することも可能です。

📍 解散 (8:00 PM)
- ここから自由行動です。そのまま国際交流を続けても良いです。
- 最寄り駅はJR上野駅です。

- 本イベントはガイドツアーではありません。
- ドリンクのラストオーダーは、出発の30分前となります。
- ドリンクのご注文がない場合は、参加費に加えて500円を頂戴いたします。
- 出発後の途中参加はできません。
- 当日、カフェ到着後のお申し込みはできません。
- 目的地にて現地解散となります。
- 当日の参加者が3名未満の場合や荒天時は中止となりますが、その際はカフェにて各種交流会をお楽しみいただけますので、ぜひカフェまでお越しください。
- 途中退席の際は、オーガナイザーへお知らせください。
