We are hosting a spring night picnic in the heart of Tokyo! 🌸✨

We’ll start by meeting at a café.
You can enjoy English conversation and an international meetup in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. It’s a welcoming space where first-time participants and solo guests can easily feel comfortable and connect with others 😊

After that, we will move to Awaji Park near Akihabara and start our picnic.
The area is surrounded by offices and restaurants, making it a popular spot for taking a break. The park has benches and greenery, allowing visitors to relax and enjoy a calm atmosphere.

In the gentle spring air, enjoy light food and drinks while connecting with participants from around the world, both Japanese and international, at this special night picnic experience.

🌙 Route

📍 ENGLISH ONLY CAFE (5:00–6:00 PM)
Relax in a cozy café atmosphere while enjoying English conversation and international exchange. Before departure, participants will have a chance to introduce themselves, so even first-time attendees can quickly feel comfortable!

📍 Awaji Park (6:20 PM)
- Picnic-style gathering on the lawn
- Free-time with open seating; language is up to you—chat and mingle freely
- Please bring snacks and drinks to share
- We’ll make a stop at a convenience store, so you can also buy food or drinks along the way

📍 Daruma-san ga Koronda
We will play the classic Japanese game “Daruma-san ga Koronda.” In this simple and fun game, players move forward while the “oni” (the person who is “it”) is facing away, and must freeze the moment the oni turns around. The rules are easy, so anyone can join and enjoy it casually. It’s a popular game often played at Japanese schools and sports festivals, so let’s experience and enjoy this traditional Japanese activity together!

🌙 Important Notes
- This event is not a guided tour.
- Last order for drinks is 30 minutes before departure.
- If you do not order a drink, an additional 500 JPY will be charged on top of the participation fee.
- Joining the event after departure is not possible.
- Registration is not available after arriving at the café on the day of the event.
- This meetup will conclude at the destination.
- If there are fewer than three participants on the day or in case of severe weather, the event will be canceled. However, you are still welcome to visit the café and enjoy our various meetups.
- If you wish to leave the group early, please inform the organizer.

🍱 About the Picnic
- Please bring your own drinks and some snacks to share with others.
- You’re welcome to buy items along the way if needed.
- Please refrain from consuming any food or drinks you bring inside the cafe.
- Picnic sheets will be provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own.

まずはカフェに集合！
英会話や国際交流を楽しみながら、リラックスした雰囲気で自然に交流できます。初参加・お一人参加でもすぐに打ち解けられる、安心の空間です😊

その後、秋葉原の近くの淡路公園へ移動し、ピクニックを開始します。
周辺にはオフィスや飲食店が多く、休憩スポットとして親しまれています。園内にはベンチや緑があり、落ち着いた雰囲気の中でゆったり過ごせます。

春のやさしい空気の中で、軽食やドリンクを楽しみながら、日本人・外国人問わず、世界中の参加者と交流できるナイトピクニックです。

- 途中でコンビニにも立ち寄りますので、その場で購入することも可能です。

📍 だるまさんがころんだ
日本の定番ゲーム「だるまさんがころんだ」を行います。鬼が後ろを向いている間に前へ進み、振り向いた瞬間にピタッと止まる、ルールが簡単で誰でも気軽に楽しめるゲームです。日本の学校や運動会でも親しまれている遊びを、ぜひみんなで楽しみましょう。

- 終了後は、そのままピクニックを続けることもできます。
- 最寄り駅はJR御茶ノ水ないし秋葉原駅です。

- 本イベントはガイドツアーではありません。
- ドリンクのラストオーダーは、出発の30分前となります。
- ドリンクのご注文がない場合は、参加費に加えて500円を頂戴いたします。
- 出発後の途中参加はできません。
- 当日、カフェ到着後のお申し込みはできません。
- 目的地にて現地解散となります。
- 当日の参加者が3名未満の場合や荒天時は中止となりますが、その際はカフェにて各種交流会をお楽しみいただけますので、ぜひカフェまでお越しください。
- 途中退席の際は、オーガナイザーへお知らせください

- ドリンクと、みんなでシェアできるお菓子をお持ちください。
- 途中での買い出しも可能です。
