Tokyo’s rainy season becomes one of the most beautiful times of the year.

In this event, we’ll explore the famous Bunkyo Hydrangea Festival, one of Tokyo’s most popular seasonal flower events!

Our walk takes place around the historic Hakusan Shrine and Hakusan Park, where thousands of colorful hydrangeas bloom throughout the area, creating breathtaking scenery that feels almost magical 🌸

We’ll start by meeting at a café.
You can enjoy English conversation and an international meetup in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. It’s a welcoming space where first-time participants and solo guests can easily feel comfortable and connect with others 😊

After that, we will enjoy international meetups and meet new people while walking through one of Tokyo’s most charming early-summer landscapes.

The hydrangeas, traditional shrine atmosphere, and peaceful local streets create amazing photo opportunities and unforgettable memories.

This time, we’ll also enjoy a live Jazz Concert held inside the festival grounds 🎷✨

Relax in a cozy café atmosphere while enjoying English conversation and international exchange. Before departure, participants will have a chance to introduce themselves, so even first-time attendees can quickly feel comfortable!

📍 Bunkyo Hydrangea Festival – Hakusan Shrine & Hakusan Park (2:10 PM)
A popular early-summer festival held around Hakusan Shrine and Hakusan Park in Bunkyo, Tokyo.
Colorful hydrangeas bloom throughout the shrine grounds and park, creating beautiful scenery unique to Japan’s rainy season. The calm local atmosphere also makes it a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing walk and photography.
It is one of Tokyo’s most famous hydrangea spots and attracts many visitors every year.

📍 Jazz Concert - Urban Night Jazz Orchestra 🎷 (2:50–4:00 PM)
Enjoy a lively big band jazz performance held as part of the Festival.
Surrounded by beautiful hydrangeas and the relaxed atmosphere of early summer in Tokyo, the concert offers a special chance to experience live jazz outdoors.
Feel the energy of classic big band sounds while enjoying a unique cultural moment in the heart of the festival.

The meetup officially ends here, and participants are free to continue exploring on their own.
The nearest station is Hakusan Station on the Toei Mita Line.

🌸 Important Notes
- This meetup is not a guided tour.
- Last order for drinks is 30 minutes before departure.
- If you do not order a drink, an additional 500 JPY will be charged on top of the participation fee.
- Joining the event after departure is not possible.
- Registration is not available after arriving at the café on the day of the event.
- This meetup will conclude at the destination.
- If there are fewer than three participants on the day or in case of severe weather, the event will be canceled. However, you are still welcome to visit the café and enjoy our various meetups.
- If you wish to leave the group early, please inform the organizer.

梅雨の東京が、一年で最も美しく彩られる季節。

今回のイベントでは、東京を代表するあじさいスポット「文京あじさいまつり」をみんなで散策します！

舞台は、歴史ある白山神社と白山公園。
境内や公園一帯には、色とりどりのあじさいが咲き誇り、まるで映画のワンシーンのような幻想的な景色が広がります🌸

まずはカフェに集合！
英会話や国際交流を楽しみながら、リラックスした雰囲気で自然に交流できます。初参加・お一人参加でもすぐに打ち解けられる、安心の空間です😊

その後白山神社へ移動し、文京あじさい祭りを楽しみます。
都会の真ん中とは思えない落ち着いた雰囲気の中で、季節限定の美しい風景を楽しみながら、国際交流や新しい出会いを楽しみましょう！
