Join us for a special night walk to experience both traditional Japanese culture and Tokyo's spectacular nighttime scenery!

This event is centered on the famous Sanno Festival, one of the three great Edo festivals.

We’ll walk through the beautifully illuminated streets of Tokyo while enjoying history, culture, city lights, and international meetups together 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️

First, we’ll gather at a café!
Enjoy English conversation and international meetups in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Even if it’s your first time or you’re joining alone, it’s easy to meet people and feel comfortable 😊

After that, we’ll head out for our Tokyo Night Walk 🌙🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️

Along the route, we’ll visit some of Tokyo’s most iconic spots.

We’ll pass by the Imperial Palace Plaza, the National Diet Building, and the Prime Minister’s Office while making our way to the historic Hie Shrine.

The final destination is Hie Shrine, home of the famous Sanno Festival ⛩️

Surrounded by glowing lanterns and the exciting atmosphere of the festival, you’ll experience one of Tokyo’s most iconic traditional celebrations!

This is a truly special night where Tokyo’s beautiful city lights and Japanese culture come together.

📍 ENGLISH ONLY CAFE (4:50–6:00 PM)
Relax in a cozy café atmosphere while enjoying English conversation and international exchange. Before departure, participants will have a chance to introduce themselves, so even first-time attendees can quickly feel comfortable!

📍 Imperial Palace Plaza
A spacious open plaza located in front of the Imperial Palace and one of Tokyo’s most famous sightseeing spots. Visitors can enjoy views of the beautiful Nijubashi Bridge and the surrounding scenery.

📍 National Diet Building
A historic building where Japan’s national parliament meets. It is known as the center of Japanese politics.

📍 Prime Minister’s Office
The official office of the Prime Minister of Japan and one of the central buildings of the Japanese government.

📍 Hie Shrine (6:40 PM)
A historic shrine located in Akasaka, Tokyo, known as the guardian shrine of Edo Castle.
Its beautiful pathway lined with bright red torii gates and a surprisingly peaceful atmosphere in the middle of the city are major attractions. The shrine is also famous for blessings related to relationships and career success.

📍 Sanno Festival Evening Festival
One of the three great Edo festivals, held at Hie Shrine in Akasaka, Tokyo.
With a history dating back to the Edo period, the festival is a popular event where visitors can experience traditional Japanese culture and festival atmosphere.
Colorful parades, portable shrines, and traditional costumes bring energy and excitement to central Tokyo, offering a unique chance to experience authentic Japanese festival culture.

The event officially ends here, and participants are free to continue exploring on their own.
The nearest stations are Tameike-Sanno Station and Kokkai-gijidomae Station on the Tokyo Metro Line.

⛩️ Important Notes
- This meetup is not a guided tour.
- Last order for drinks is 30 minutes before departure.
- If you do not order a drink, an additional 500 JPY will be charged on top of the participation fee.
- Joining the event after departure is not possible.
- Registration is not available after arriving at the café on the day of the event.
- This meetup will conclude at the destination.
- If there are fewer than three participants on the day or in case of severe weather, the event will be canceled. However, you are still welcome to visit the café and enjoy our various meetups.
- If you wish to leave the group early, please inform the organizer.

東京の夜を歩きながら、日本の伝統と都会の絶景を一度に楽しめる特別なナイトウォークを開催します！
今回の舞台は、江戸三大祭のひとつとして知られる「山王祭」。
ライトアップされた東京の街をみんなで歩きながら、歴史・文化・夜景・国際交流を楽しむナイトウォークです🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️

まずはカフェに集合！
英会話や国際交流を楽しみながら、リラックスした雰囲気で自然に交流できます。初参加・お一人参加でもすぐに打ち解けられる、安心の空間です😊

その後、みんなで東京の夜を楽しむナイトウォークへ出発します🌙🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️
ルートでは、東京を象徴する人気スポットも巡ります。
途中、皇居前広場や国会議事堂、首相官邸などを眺めながら、歴史ある日枝神社へ向かいます。

ウォーキングのゴールは、江戸三大祭のひとつ「山王祭」が開催される日枝神社⛩️
提灯の灯りや祭りの熱気に包まれながら、東京屈指の伝統祭りの雰囲気を体感できます！

都会の美しい夜景と日本文化が交差する、まさに“東京らしさ”が詰まった特別な夜。

東京・赤坂の日枝神社で開催される、江戸三大祭のひとつです。

- 出発後の途中参加はできません。

- 目的地にて現地解散となります。
- 当日の参加者が3名未満の場合や荒天時は中止となりますが、その際はカフェにて各種交流会をお楽しみいただけますので、ぜひカフェまでお越しください。
