After the meetup, we'll take a short walk through the Tokyo Station area and head to FUJI ROCK WEEK at Tokyo Midtown Yaesu.

FUJI ROCK WEEK is a popular event that allows people in Tokyo to easily enjoy the atmosphere of FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL, one of Japan’s largest outdoor music festivals. The venue features free live performances, DJ events, workshops, and more, creating a lively space where music lovers gather. 🎸✨

This time, we will attend the SPECIAL FREE LIVE as part of the event.

Enjoy great music, explore the city at night, and connect with new friends from around the world in a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

Relax in a cozy café atmosphere while enjoying English conversation and international exchange. Before departure, participants will have a chance to introduce themselves, so even first-time attendees can quickly feel comfortable!

FUJI ROCK WEEK is a special event that brings the atmosphere of FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL, one of Japan's largest outdoor music festivals, to Tokyo. Featuring free live performances, DJ events, workshops, and more, it has become a popular gathering for music lovers. 🎶✨

📍 SPECIAL FREE LIVE
This time, we will watch the SPECIAL FREE LIVE performances held from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

Due to the nature of the event, participants will be free to explore on their own after 6:30 PM. You are welcome to enjoy the live performances, visit other event areas and booths, or leave at any time if you wish.

Please note that the live performances are expected to be very crowded, and it may be difficult to find a good spot to watch them.

If you prefer, you are also welcome to join our Nihonbashi Picnic (6:45 PM–8:00 PM), which is being held simultaneously at Sakamotocho Park. You may join the picnic partway through, and the picnic venue is located about a 15-minute walk from this event venue.

The event officially ends here, and participants are free to continue exploring on their own.

🎶 Important Notes
- This meetup is not a guided tour.
- Last order for drinks is 30 minutes before departure.
- If you do not order a drink, an additional 500 JPY will be charged on top of the participation fee.
- Joining the event after departure is not possible.
- Registration is not available after arriving at the café on the day of the event.
- This meetup will conclude at the destination.
- If there are fewer than three participants on the day or in case of severe weather, the event will be canceled. However, you are still welcome to visit the café and enjoy our various meetups.
- If you wish to leave the group early, please inform the organizer.

イベントの特性上、18:30以降は自由行動とさせていただきます。LIVEを楽しむのも、その他のイベントやブースを見て回るのも自由です。また、ご都合に合わせて途中でお帰りいただいても構いません。

特にライブにつきましては、かなりの混雑が予想されるため、ご覧いただくことが難しい場合もございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

また、ご希望の方は、同時開催中の坂本町公園で行う日本橋ピクニック（6:45 PM～8:00 PM）に途中からご参加いただくことも可能です。ピクニック会場は、こちらの会場から徒歩約15分の場所にございます。
