Why not experience a beautiful, traditional Japanese summer night in the heart of Tokyo, surrounded by modern skyscrapers? ✨

We are hosting a special Meetup to explore two of Marunouchi's iconic summer highlights along with a relaxing cafe social!

First, we'll meet at the café!
Enjoy English conversation and an international meetup in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. It's a welcoming space where you can naturally connect with others, even if it's your first time joining or you're coming on your own. 😊

After leaving the cafe, we will head to Wadakura Fountain Park. Let's take a relaxing stroll and snap some beautiful photos together while immersed in the serene, magical lantern displays that will make you forget the hustle and bustle of the city.

After warming our hearts with the peaceful lights, we’ll move straight into the high-energy festival atmosphere! You can enjoy traditional dancing around a massive wooden tower (yagura). Don't worry if you don't know the moves—just copy the locals and have fun! The festival also features delicious street food trucks and exciting stage performances, allowing us to fully soak up the festive vibes.

📍 Wadakura Fountain Park – "Wa Akari no Michi" (8:30 PM)
Located in the Imperial Palace Outer Gardens, Wadakura Fountain Park is transformed into a magical display featuring around 100 beautifully decorated traditional Japanese umbrellas (wagasa). During the day, the colorful umbrellas brighten the park, while after sunset they are illuminated, creating a breathtaking and atmospheric nighttime scene.

📍 Marunouchi Bon Odori
One of Tokyo Marunouchi's signature summer events, this festival lets you experience the traditional Japanese Bon Odori dance in the heart of the city, surrounded by modern skyscrapers.
Dance around the central yagura tower, enjoy delicious festival food, and soak up the lively atmosphere with stage performances. It's a unique summer celebration where Japanese tradition and the modern city come together.

- This event is not a guided tour.
- Last order for drinks is 30 minutes before departure.
- If you do not order a drink, an additional 500 JPY will be charged on top of the participation fee.
- Joining the event after departure is not possible.
- Registration is not available after arriving at the café on the day of the event.
- This meetup will conclude at the destination.
- If there are fewer than three participants on the day or in case of severe weather, the event will be canceled. However, you are still welcome to visit the café and enjoy our various meetups.
- If you wish to leave the group early, please inform the organizer.

東京・丸の内の夏の風物詩である「丸の内盆踊り」と、幻想的な光に包まれる和田倉親水公園の「和あかりの路」をみんなで一緒に巡りませんか。

まずはカフェに集合！
英会話や国際交流を楽しみながら、リラックスした雰囲気で自然に交流できます。初参加・お一人参加でもすぐに打ち解けられる、安心の空間です😊

カフェを出発後、まずは、幻想的な光に包まれる和田倉親水公園の「和あかりの路」へ。都会の喧騒を忘れさせる美しい和の灯りに癒されながら、みんなでゆったりとお散歩＆写真撮影を楽しみましょう。

心がじんわり温まった後は、一気に盛り上がる「丸の内盆踊り」へ移動します。伝統的なやぐらを囲んで踊る盆踊りは、初心者でも見よう見まねで簡単に楽しめます。会場には美味しい屋台グルメ（フードトラック）やステージイベントもあり、お祭り気分をたっぷり味わえます。

東京・丸の内で開催される夏の風物詩です。高層ビルに囲まれた都会の中心で、日本の伝統的な盆踊りを楽しめる人気イベントとして親しまれています。
やぐらを囲んで踊る盆踊りをはじめ、屋台グルメやステージイベントも開催され、伝統と都会が調和した、丸の内ならではの夏のイベントです。
