This time, we're heading to Hibiya Park for a relaxing night picnic and international exchange!

We'll first meet at the café and start the event by getting to know each other. Enjoy English conversation and international meetup in a relaxed atmosphere. Before we leave, we'll also have a short self-introduction time, so first-time and solo participants can feel comfortable joining us! ✨

After that, we'll take a stroll around the Imperial Palace area before heading to Hibiya Park.

🌙 Once we arrive at Hibiya Park, it's time for the night picnic!
We'll spread out picnic sheets at the Shibaniwa Plaza and enjoy a relaxed evening while meeting people from around the world. Chat freely in English, Japanese, and other languages, make new friends, and enjoy a special night together!

First-time and solo participants are more than welcome!
Many people join our events on their own, so don't hesitate to come and make new friends and international connections. ✨

📍 ENGLISH ONLY CAFE (5:00-7:45 PM)
Relax in a cozy café atmosphere while enjoying English conversation and international exchange. Before departure, participants will have a chance to introduce themselves, so even first-time attendees can quickly feel comfortable!

📍 Imperial Palace Plaza
A spacious and open plaza located in front of the Imperial Palace. With its vast lawns and beautiful pine trees, it offers a peaceful atmosphere despite being in the heart of Tokyo.
From the plaza, visitors can enjoy views of the iconic Nijubashi Bridge, one of the most famous symbols of the Imperial Palace. It is a popular photo spot and one of Tokyo’s most beloved places for a stroll.

📍 Hibiya Park Picnic (8:15 PM)
- Picnic-style gathering on the lawn
- Free time with open seating; language is up to you—chat and mingle freely
- Please bring snacks and drinks to share
- We’ll make a stop at a convenience store, so you can also buy food or drinks along the way

📍 End (9:00-9:30 PM)
- After the meetup, you can continue the picnic as you are.

🌙 Important Notes
- This event is not a guided tour.
- Last order for drinks is 30 minutes before departure.
- If you do not order a drink, an additional 500 JPY will be charged on top of the participation fee.
- Joining the event after departure is not possible.
- Registration is not available after arriving at the café on the day of the event.
- This meetup will conclude at the destination.
- If there are fewer than three participants on the day or in case of severe weather, the event will be canceled. However, you are still welcome to visit the café and enjoy our various meetups.
- If you wish to leave the group early, please inform the organizer.

🍱 About the Picnic
- Please bring your own drinks and some snacks to share with others.
- You’re welcome to buy items along the way if needed.
- Please refrain from consuming any food or drinks you bring inside the café.
- Picnic sheets will be provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own.

- One drink order is required (from 500 JPY)
- Second drink and onwards: discounted price (from 300 JPY)
- Alcohol (from 500 JPY), light meal (from 100 JPY)
- A one-time “Member Passport” issuance fee of 100 JPY applies
- Payment is cash only

💡 Participation
- This meetup group is for members only. To be a member, you have to read and understand the "Rule Book" and agree to its contents.

今回は、日比谷公園でナイトピクニックを楽しむ国際交流会です！

まずはカフェに集合し、参加者同士で交流しながらスタートします。英会話や国際交流を楽しみつつ、出発前には簡単な自己紹介タイムもあるので、初参加・一人参加の方も安心してご参加いただけます✨

その後、皇居周辺を散策しながら日比谷公園へ向かいます。

🌙 日比谷公園に到着したら、いよいよナイトピクニック！
芝庭広場にシートを広げ、夜の公園でリラックスしながら国際交流を楽しみます。英語・日本語をはじめ、さまざまな言語を使って自由に会話したり、新しい友達を作ったりしながら、みんなで楽しい夜を過ごしましょう！

皇居の正面に広がる開放的な広場です。広大な芝生や美しい松並木が広がり、都心にありながら落ち着いた景観を楽しむことができます。
広場からは皇居の象徴である二重橋を望むことができ、多くの観光客が記念撮影に訪れる人気スポットです。東京を代表する散策スポットの一つとして親しまれています。

- シートを敷いて、ピクニック形式の交流会を行います。
- 言語自由・席替え自由のフリータイムなので、参加者同士で気軽に交流をお楽しみください。
- お菓子やドリンクはご持参ください。
- 途中でコンビニにも立ち寄りますので、その場で購入することも可能です。

- 終了後は、そのままピクニックを続けることもできます。

- 本イベントはガイドツアーではありません。
- ドリンクのラストオーダーは、出発の30分前となります。
- ドリンクのご注文がない場合は、参加費に加えて500円を頂戴いたします。
- 出発後の途中参加はできません。
- 当日、カフェ到着後のお申し込みはできません。
- 目的地にて現地解散となります。
- 当日の参加者が3名未満の場合や荒天時は中止となりますが、その際はカフェにて各種交流会をお楽しみいただけますので、ぜひカフェまでお越しください。
- 途中退席の際は、オーガナイザーへお知らせください。

- 途中での買い出しも可能です。
