Would you like to enjoy an international meetup and an Imperial Palace Run together? 🏃‍♂️🌏

We’ll start at the café, where you can enjoy English conversation and international meetups in a relaxed atmosphere. It’s a great opportunity to start conversations and meet new people naturally. Even if it’s your first time joining, you’ll feel welcome and comfortable.

Afterward, we’ll head to the Imperial Palace together for a 5 km jog around the palace grounds. We’ll run at a comfortable, beginner-friendly pace, so you can join even if you have little running experience.
We’ll take breaks along the way, giving you a chance to enjoy the scenery around the Imperial Palace and the atmosphere of Tokyo at night. 🌃✨

A café staff member will also join the run and run with everyone. Solo participants and first-time participants are more than welcome!

🎽 Time Table
5:00 PM – International Meetup begins at the café
8:00 PM – Move to the Imperial Palace Run table
* Change clothes and leave your belongings
8:15–8:30 PM – Start jogging
9:00–9:30 PM – Return to the café
10:00 PM – Café closes

🎽 Important Notice
- Participants must be under 40 years old.
- If you arrive after the meeting time, you will not be able to join after the group has departed.
- The last order for drinks is 30 minutes before departure.
- If you do not order a drink, an additional ¥500 will be charged on top of the participation fee.
- Same-day registration after arriving at the cafe is not available.
- This meetup will be canceled if fewer than three people are participating or in case of severe weather. If this meetup is canceled, you are welcome to enjoy one of our various meetups at the cafe instead.

🎽 Imperial Palace Run
- Run approximately 5 km, completing one full lap around the Imperial Palace.
- The pace will be comfortable and suitable for beginners.
- We will take three short breaks along the route.
- Please wear appropriate clothing and running shoes.
- Please bring your own drink to stay hydrated.
- If you feel unwell during this meetup, please inform a staff member immediately.
- We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents during this meetup. Please take responsibility for your own safety.
- We are not responsible for any loss or theft of valuables or personal belongings.
- Your belongings can be stored in a locked room.
- Towels and shower facilities are not available. If you would like to take a shower, we can provide information about nearby facilities.

💡 Fees
Participation Fee: 300 JPY (Regardless of nationality or gender)
- One drink order is required (from 500 JPY)
- Second drink and onwards: discounted price (from 300 JPY)
- Alcohol (from 500 JPY), light meal (from 100 JPY)
- A one-time “Member Passport” issuance fee of 100 JPY applies
- Payment is cash only

- This meetup group is for members only. To be a member, you have to read and understand the "Rule Book" and agree to its contents.

国際交流会と皇居ランを一緒に楽しんでみませんか？🏃‍♂️🌏

まずはカフェでスタート。
英会話や国際交流を楽しみながら、自然に会話が生まれるリラックスした時間を過ごします。
初参加でもすぐに打ち解けられる雰囲気なので安心です。

その後は、みんなで皇居へ移動し、皇居を一周する約5kmのジョギングに挑戦します。初心者の方でも参加しやすい、無理のないペースで走りますので、ランニング経験が少ない方も安心してご参加いただけます。

途中で休憩を取りながら、皇居周辺の景色や東京の夜の雰囲気を楽しみましょう🌃✨

当日はカフェスタッフも同行し、皆さまと一緒に走ります。一人参加や初参加の方も大歓迎です！

🎽 ご注意
- 参加対象：40歳未満の方に限ります。
- 集合時間に遅れた場合、出発後の途中参加はできません。
- ドリンクのラストオーダーは、出発の30分前となります。
- ドリンクのご注文がない場合は、参加費に加えて500円を頂戴いたします。
- 当日、カフェ到着後のお申し込みはできません。
- 当日の参加者が3名未満の場合や荒天時は中止となります。その際はカフェにて各種交流会をお楽しみいただけますので、ぜひカフェまでお越しください。

🎽 皇居ラン
- 皇居を一周する、約5kmのジョギングです。
- 初心者の方でも参加しやすい、無理のないペースで走ります。
- 途中、3か所で小休憩を取ります。
- ジョギングに適した服装・シューズでご参加ください。
- 水分補給のため、飲み物をご持参ください。
- イベント中に体調が悪くなった場合は、すぐにスタッフへお知らせください。
- イベント中のけが・事故等について、主催者は責任を負いかねます。参加者ご自身でも安全に十分ご注意ください。
- 貴重品や手荷物の盗難・紛失についても、主催者は責任を負いかねます。
- お荷物は、鍵のかかる部屋でお預かりします。
- タオルやシャワー設備はございません。シャワーをご希望の方には、近隣の施設をご案内します。
