Mindfulness Workshop - Creating an Enheartened Family

Maybe you’re curious about mindfulness or meditation, but it’s never really clicked for you. How do you do it? Why is it helpful? What are the benefits? How do you even start? How can I incorporate this in my job? Perhaps you have many questions—or maybe you just want to practice together with others. All is welcome!

Join me for a practical and accessible mindfulness workshop where we’ll explore these questions and more. Together, we’ll share experiences, practice mindfulness, and discover how these tools can make a real difference in your life.

Please feel invited to come with your friends, colleagues or family. I have experience tailoring teachings for all levels and enjoy making the process creative and inclusive. My approach is compassionate, playful and with depth. I try to not make it too serious and also have some fun!!

My aim is to create a safe, nurturing space where you feel at home—an Enheartened family where we can explore and grow together.

The events will be weekly on monday evenings starting from 10 February until 28 March, you can join anytime: I will try to host them physically as much as possible at a central location in Wels, but maybe some will also be online. My aim to create this event weekly, so we can come together multiple times!

I’ll provide simple, clear instructions based on modern popular approaches: MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), Buddhism and Unified Mindfulness. These methods are designed to be easy to understand and accessible for everyone, from total beginners to advanced Buddhist practitioners.

This workshop is free of jargon and unnecessary complexity—no spiritual woo-woo here! Whether you’re here to get your questions answered, learn how mindfulness can fit into your daily life, or simply join in shared practice, I’m here to support you.

About me: As a certified mindfulness trainer with years of dedicated daily practice, I bring personal and professional experience. I also study psychology and have worked in retreat centers for several years, helping people integrate mindfulness into their daily lives.

My passion for mindfulness comes from my own journey. I come from a background of depression and anxiety, and meditation has been the one thing that helped me the most, having meditated for over 5,000 hours I've personally come to experience the rich benefits . This is why I’m so dedicated to sharing it with others. I’ve found that mindfulness not only helps us connect with ourselves but also creates a common ground for building deeper connections with others.

What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat or cushion for sitting practice.
Looking forward to practicing, sharing, and connecting with you!
