About us
The "Enjoy Cornwall” Meetup group is a social group welcoming all over 50’s. We plan a variety of events like regular walks, cinema, meals, music and much more! It is a great way to meet like-minded people and make new friends.
Meet Up charges us admin fees, so there is a Membership fee of £12 a year to cover costs. This gives you unlimited access to activities.( Bank details for payment will be direct messaged to you on joining)

Walk from Seaview Farm Shop to the coast.

We will walk from the farm shop out to the coast path visiting the deserted settlement of Dannon Chapel returning via a circular route to Seaview for refreshments.(4.2 miles) Expect some inclines and possibly muddy areas.

St Stephen and the Tregargus Valley

We will visit the deserted china stone works in the Tregargus Valley and follow a circular walk, returning to the village. About 4.5 miles. This is a moderate walk, some gradients. There will be animals grazing so the new stricter laws from March 2026 regarding dogs being on leads apply.

Constantine Bay to Porthcothan 5 mile walk

An Easy-moderate 5 mile circular walk between Constantine Bay and Porthcothan via nature's swimming pool at Treyarnon beach and a spectacular series of islands, headlands and tiny coves named after wine and pepper smuggled there, and the rock where a customs officer was left by smugglers to drown.
Highlights:
- Golden, sandy surf beaches at Constantine Bay, Treyarnon and Porthcothan
- Rockpools at Constantine Bay and Treyarnon
- Alternating headlands and narrow coves used for smuggling, offering panoramic views
- Rugged coastline with rock stacks, arches, blowholes and caves
- Bird life including skylarks, corn buntings and birds of prey
- Colourful valerian flowers along the lane in early summer
Beaches where dogs are allowed all year: Porthcothan, Constantine Bay, Treyarnon. There are only 3 stiles which dogs should be able to negotiate without too much trouble. Rare birds nest on heath beside the coast path - ensure dogs are kept to the path.
