A moderate walk of 4.7 miles, followed by an optional Carvery at The Dolphin Inn. We have a booking for 8 at 2.30, so 6 free places for the meal. Carvery is £14. Choice of 3 meats plus all the trimmings, vegetarian option available.
The walk is a circular walk in the Fal valley from Grampound which began as a river port in Roman times evolving into the gateway into West Cornwall in mediaeval times and went on to become the centre of Cornwall's tanning industry.
