This is a group for everyone interested in meditation and becoming more mindful. We hold Gong bath and Sound Meditation in North London, St Albans, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. Locations include a YURT, located in a stunning rural Hertfordshire countryside, conveniently located near North London, Barnet, Borehamwood, Hatfield, St Albans just 10 min from M25 South Mymms junction.
