Monday Motivating Woodland Walk

Join me for a Monday motivation walk through the lovely woods within the grounds of Elvaston Castle - approximately 2-3 miles on a fairly flat surface. Might be some tree roots in the woods but otherwise smooth ground. Beautiful and enjoyable - whatever the weather. Meet at the entrance by the pay machine.
