Raise yer tankards and sharpen yer cutlasses, fer on Friday the 19th o’ September, we be settin’ sail to honor the grandest o’ days: Talk Like a Pirate Day!

Hi everyone!
On Friday, September 19th, we’re celebrating Talk Like a Pirate Day with a special boat cruise in Amsterdam.
- Meeting point: Weesperhaven (just a short walk from Amstel Station).
- Departure: 18:30 sharp. No late arrivals possible
- Return: Around 21:30, after which we’ll continue at local pirate bars.
- Costs: 20 euro for the boat. Bring own drinks and snacks.
- Dresscode: as a pirate!
Places on the boat are limited. To secure your spot, please send the organiser a private message. You’ll receive a payment link, and once paid, your spot will be confirmed.

For the real pirates:
⚓ Assemble yerselves at Weesperhaven (a wee swagger from Amstel station) as the bells strike half past six. From thar, we’ll shove off fer a mighty boat cruise on the waters o’ Amsterdam.
🕤 By half past nine, if the seas be kind, we’ll dock safe ‘n sound an’ storm the local pirate taverns fer rum, merriment, and songs o’ the sea.
But hark! Spaces aboard be scarce. To claim yer berth, ye must send a secret missive (private message) to the ship’s organiser. Once ye get the paylink and hand o’er yer doubloons, yer spot be secured on deck.
Don yer best pirate rags ‘n join the crew, or be left ashore with the landlubbers!
