The East Tennessee Historical Society has free admission for our nation’s 250th birthday! Donations graciously accepted of course :). There’s an interesting new exhibit called Lines Were Drawn, about TN’s first treaty with the Cherokee.

And then let’s grab an early dinner at Izakaya, just over the bridge in Old Town. A 7min walk from museum. Japanese spot, mostly small plates and sushi, and they have some creative cocktails.
