We will be venturing northward to Nepal for this Meetup.

Nepalese cuisine is distinctive. Some of the herbs used in the cuisine are only found in Nepal. "Jimbu" for example grows only in the higher Himalayan mountains of Nepal. Maybe you will never climb Everest, but you can taste what the Himalayas offer! Momo are popular dumplings in Nepal.
