Yoga Citta Vritti Nirodha, Yoga is the control of the thought waves in the mind. Hatha Yoga Practices are designed to refine, purify, and detoxify the body and mind. These practices use your own body and breath to bring about higher states of awareness, balance, and nourishment of the cells, tissues and organs.
Evenings from 630 pm to 730 pm, Aug 11th to Sept 22nd. This practice will include a structured routine of Meditation, Chanting, Breathing Exercises, Movement, and Relaxation.
Anyone can participate starting at an early age and it does not require any specific skill set or level. Throughout the practice, if a pose is too difficult for you or not possible right now, do what feels comfortable for you and rest in an easier pose or Savasana.
