Conflict. Ugh, right. Yet, some people love a good debate and some conflict "fire", while others want to run and hide when conflict arises. We will be taking a deeper look at how our Enneagram type and conflict intersect. Team and individual work relationships can be greatly supported by understanding how Enneagram types approach conflict. Looking forward to gathering and discussing this important topic!

• Important to know:
If you have not been to the Barrel room at Rogue before, the door to the room is to the left of the main counter where you order. You have to navigate through their brewing area to make your way back. You can always ask a staff member and they can point you in the right direction.

Also, feel free to grab food and drinks. You order at the front counter and they deliver it to our room.
