What's your (Sub)type? The Three Instincts and the Enneagram

Details

As human beings, we all share common needs: the need for comfort, health and security; the need for community and belonging; and the need for intimacy. In the Enneagram system, those needs are referred to as instincts: Self-Preservation, Social, and One-to-One. While we have all three instincts, we all have a primary one that "drives us" and flavors how we express our Enneatype.

Each Enneatype can be divided into three subtypes. This means there are 27 subtypes. This also means that people of the same type can show up quite differently based on their instinctual focus.

Join us for a fun, experiential and interactive Meetup. We'll review each Type's emotional habits, the 3 instincts, how your primary instinct flavors your type, and how that affects how you show up in life and at work. You'll leave with increased self-awareness and compassion for yourself and others.
