USING THE ENNEAGRAM TO MAKE MEETINGS MORE EFFECTIVE

I made an Enneagram-based "thinktool", originally to help a corporate exec client (SP SO 512) in a banking environment who said she was struggling with chaotic meetings and just ended up withdrawing (and judging people) instead of taking the lead.

I coached her how to use it, with very practical guidance, and she loved it. She said, "I am very excited! this is so practical! I am going to do this."
