Full Moon Ritual with Sauna and Sea Swim facilitated by Joan Doherty Keogh and Emer Craddock at Sauna Fiain in Renville Pier on Sunday 21st July 2024 from 6pm to 8pm.
We will look at the astrology of this full moon and see how this may be affecting us individually and collectively.
Full Moons are a great opportunity to release things that are no longer serving us. We will do this through the medium of the sauna, the sea and fire. We will be supported in opening our hearts during the ritual with some blue lotus tea.
