Welcome to Enough Already—a space for women who are just plain tired of the mental noise, the constant self-critique, and the pressure to keep proving they’re enough.

If your brain cranks out criticism and to-dos like a conveyor belt on overdrive… if meditation sounds great but makes you want to crawl out of your skin… if your “relaxation” involves half a bottle of wine, a bottomless bag of chips, and a side of guilt—this is for you.

Here we get real about your Inner Karen—that voice that nitpicks, overthinks, and tightens the screws every time you try to rest. Together, we’ll practice quieting her down so you can finally breathe, think straight, and show up as the woman who’s been shushed and stifled for too long.

In this group, you’ll learn small, practical shifts—what I call “mini massages for your mind”—that help unwind mental tension and make room for calm, self-trust, and a clearer sense of who you are.

This is for women who’ve never quite felt at home in traditional meditation or self-help spaces. You don’t need to be zen. You just need to be ready to feel more like yourself again.
Come as you are. Leave with a quieter mind, softer shoulders, and the reminder that you were always enough.
