Enriching Your Spiritual Life: Discussion & Practices for Mindful Living

This is a group for anyone interested in exploring, creating or deepening their spiritual life. We'll consider the spiritual context of mindful living and how spiritual practices enrich our lives. I will present a spiritual teaching for discussion and will guide you through an experiential practice each time we meet. Conversation and sharing are encouraged but not required.

I have been on my personal spiritual journey for over four decades and am still in awe of the many benefits and the transformative potential of spiritual growth. The journey is full of surprises and unexpected gifts along the way. I'm excited to share what I have learned with you and look forward to us diving into this journey of life together.

I don’t claim to be an expert on spirituality, but I’m willing to share the knowledge I’ve gained through my personal spiritual journey, and practices I’ve found to be helpful such as yoga, meditation, vedic chanting, music evoked imagery, reading, and learning from others. I’m also looking forward to learning from and growing with others in the group. My intention is to create a community of people who are interested in spiritual growth and connection in the Asheville area. Hopefully we will also learn peaceful and loving ways to live each day, and share these gifts for healing the suffering on our planet.

We will meet once a month and it's free.
