Moar mob programming

If you have never participated in Mob Programming, you're in for a treat. If you have done it, you know how much fun it can be. We'll tackle a problem that everyone is familiar with, and build something collaboratively. If you're nervous about coding in front of others, don't be - there will plenty of navigators to guide you while you're driving.

Some of the reflections I overheard from round 1 (paraphrasing):

• I was delighted to see other people that are new to software development - it made me feel much less anxious.
• It was good see even more senior developers not know exactly what to type.

I also heard that one of the principles of mob programming is that the driver is not able to decide what to type ... they have to type what the mob decides.
