
What we’re about
Join us weekly for an opportunity to open ourselves up to some silence and wisdom. We will be welcomed into the space at the front door and invited to join the stillness of a quiet room. We will be guided through a grounding exercise, relaxing our bodies by using our breath. Then we will hear a short reading from a sacred text, followed by 3 minutes of silence. Then there will be a longer reading from a contemporary wisdom text, followed by 10 minutes of silence. We are then invited to share our reflections on what we’ve heard. There will be an opportunity for some socializing at the end with refreshments. We look forward to being together with you!
