As agile coaching matures, so do the practices, skills, and capabilities that we bring to our craft. Some of us specialize in scaling, others in flow metrics, and others yet in team dynamics. So many of us work diligently in service of our teams and our systems, working to practice at a higher level. But what is coaching supervision, and what does it have to do with agile coaching?
Coaching supervision is the continuing development of a coach and their work. It is a collaborative dialogue within a reflective space that focuses on the coach's work, the issues that arise, and the practice of being a coach or leader.
As part of this session, we'll look at what agile coaching supervision is, why it is necessary, and how it can help all of us step closer to the coaches we want to be. Additionally, we'll examine how advances in agile coaching affect how we think about the stances we take as practitioners and where these fit in current agile coaching models and frameworks.
This will be an interactive session, so please bring your questions and your curiosity. This speaker loves to interact with the audience!
