Exploring the Intersection of Systems Theory and Scrum

Details
Dear Changemaker!
It's been a while since our last Meetup, but we’re excited to begin anew with a completely fresh and hopefully very beneficial format.
Systems Theory (in the tradition of Luhmann) offers a comprehensive understanding of how social systems function. However, it unfortunately does not provide concrete steps for implementing desired changes.
On the other hand, Scrum is "a lightweight framework that helps people, teams, and organizations generate value." It offers a clear approach to structuring your team (or system).
So in this Meetup we will concentrate on key aspects of Systems Theory and together will figure out how Scrum, by chance or intentionally, integrates these aspects.
Know the rules, then you become better at playing the game!
This Meetup is suitable for all of you dealing with change, be it on the team level or on a bigger scale.
