Enterprise Scrum Business Agility V4

Enterprise Scrum, the general-purpose agile management framework, can be used to agilize many things. In previous versions of Enterprise Scrum, the separate areas to be agilized were presented independently; for example, company , transformation, business units, customer segment, startups, marketing and sales, software, software scaling, etc.

However, since very many of these areas transition into each other, there was a need to "integrate the big picture".

In this integrated picture of Enterprise Scrum Business Agility, the different types of agile management, grow, feed and complement each other in a seamless UNIFIED WAY.

This is most relevant for companies trying to do Business Agility Transformations, as there needs to be an integrated story that flows throughout.
