Mike Beedle will describe Agile Leadership within the context of Enterprise Scrum 4.1. A key ingredient of success for Agile Transformation is leadership. Agile Leadership is not only supporting "agile initiatives", is providing both vision and support in an Agile way.

Examples, of how leadership interacts in company management and Business Agility transformation will be presented, all the way through business unit and customer segment management. Some Agile Leadership patterns will be presented:
