Details

Revolutionize the Way We Scale Scrum!
Have you ever encountered roadblocks when scaling Agile using established frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum at Scale? Are issues related to managing dependencies, bottlenecks, and delays proving to be headaches? It might be time to explore an innovative approach – the application of #SubsumptionArchitecture.

Join me in this enlightening webinar as we delve into the realm of Agile Scaling, guided by the visionary insights of #MikeBeedle, the inventor of Enterprise Scrum and a distinguished signatory of the Agile Manifesto.

Mike often said, "Ideally, all hierarchy is in subsumption." But this hierarchy isn't about top-down control; it's a new way of designing organizations for enhanced agility, autonomy, and seamless collaboration.

Discover how adopting an organizational design grounded in #SubsumptionArchitecture can empower your teams to become self-managed, delivering products and services to market faster than ever before.

A workshop format of this was presented at the Global Scrum Gathering 2024 #GSGNOLA24 and many walked away with understanding of what #SubsumptionArchitecture is. Really! Not a buzz word anymore. What is more, they understand how it can UNLEASH Agility within their organization.

Join us on this journey to unlock the true potential of Agile scaling. Embrace the future of collaborative integration, autonomy, and accelerated product delivery. Don't miss out on this opportunity to revolutionize your Agile practices.

Speaker:
Sue Ryu is deeply passionate about finding the optimal approach to scaling Scrum/Agile, enabling multiple agile teams to function seamlessly as a cohesive, self-managed unit.

Sue's quest for answers reached fruition when she crossed paths with the late Mike Beedle, the visionary behind Enterprise Scrum, in 2016. Under his guidance, she witnessed firsthand how a venture capital firm could be restructured to effectively deliver products and services within the volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) market of today.

With over 15 years of expertise in coaching and guiding organizations in the adoption of Agile and Scrum at an enterprise level, Sue has been instrumental in driving transformation for Fortune 500 companies.
Additionally, she possesses extensive experience in the design and development of software systems for telecom, financial industries, and internet startups. Having lent her expertise to renowned companies like Accenture, ADP, Bell Labs, Deutsche Bank, NYSE, and numerous others, her impact has been felt across diverse sectors since the completion of her master's degree in computer science from NYU.
