This hands-on workshop introduces a novel approach inspired by robotics subsumption architecture, to simplify and enable decentralized decision-making processes, fostering team autonomy and accountability in organizations.

Through a LEGO card simulation, participants collaboratively design and evolve an organizational structure for a growing eAuction company. By incrementally adding customer segments and scaling the organization structure, attendees gain an experiential understanding of how autonomous, customer-centered Agile teams can grow cohesively and adaptively in a complex, changing environment.
